Sketchbooking

On Facebook I saw a challenge to see what other things you could use as a paintbrush. For our sketchbooking session I decided to offer the girls 3 colours of paint and some pipe cleaners. Ellen made tweezers out of the pipe cleaners and decided to use her fingers for the paint. She did after a while and with some encouragement make “footprints” with the tweezers. The youngest swiped the pipe cleaner over her page, curled it up and also continued with her hands. I did use the pipe cleaners and must say am quite happy with the result. What do you think?

P.S. Tinkerlab has a sketchbook challenge this month.
